UCLA Office of Instructional Development

The Office of Instructional Development's old site consisted of static pages that were in need of a solution to manage and publish content without the bottleneck of having one central webmaster who published content. The solution was to use Plone as a CMS because of its out of the box workflow management and strict W3C standards among many others.

Full development of Plone was done in addition to a complete redesign of the site. Custom applications have also been made to incorporate the use an external relational database within Plone.
