UCLA Chancellor Gene Block
Dr. Gene Block became chancellor of UCLA on August 1, 2007. As chief executive officer, he oversees all aspects of the university's three-part mission of education, research and service.
Collaboration was done working closely with the Chancellor and his office to convey a clean aesthetic feel for the new site while also showing the depth of activity and involvement of the his day to day activities.
Plone was chosen to enable the office to update content through the web by non-technical users of his office in a simple intuitive way.
