UCLA Campus Web Publishers

The UCLA Campus Web Publishers Group is an informal forum for people publishing web sites on campus.

A new web site was setup which allows users to take advantage of Plone’s built-in workflow and user management of content.  Users who join the site can submit content such as links and supplemental presentation materials (PowerPoint presentations, handouts, etc.). Custom scripts were also made to send emails to reviewers when content is submitted.  Emails are also sent out to users when content they have submitted has been approved.
